Grief Tending Services
Living the full and expansive life you want and deserve includes being able to tend to your grief as it comes, whether its source is an event in the past or something current, and regardless of if the loss is the death of a loved one or the ending of something significant like a job, relationship, or phase of life.
Packages listed below are for packages of 4 virtual sessions, and group coaching pricing reflects the price for 4 remote sessions as a group. Other offerings listed below are for individual meetings with me. Zoom is utilized for all sessions unless otherwise stated or arranged.
One-on-One Grief Coaching
$400 (package of 4) or $111 (single session)

Group Grief Coaching

Work together with friends or family experiencing loss alongside you and tend to your individual grief in community with the goal of integrating and moving forward while honoring your loss in your life. Q&A for Grief Work and Death Work
$40
This session is intended for folks who have felt the call to create their own work around grief and/or death and dying and want someone as a sounding board. Let me help you clear the fog around your intentions and path forward. Your work is deeply needed and I'm happy to answer any questions you have or help you form some ideas about how to get started, and if you're already started, where you want to head to next!
Untangling Your Grief
$125
Grief can feel messy and tangled, and a bit hard to navigate when you can't pull apart the different emotions making up the knot. A bit of a "choose your own adventure" grief tending experience, in Untangling Your Grief, we use guided meditation, art and/or writing prompts, witnessing and conversation, or any combination of these to get at the heart of what your experience of grief is. These sessions often help people feel like their grief is far less overwhelming than when we started, and much more navigable as an experience, with or without regular grief tending sessions.

Death Doula Services
Doula services can be used at any stage of life, and all of the services below are available for a dying person and/or their caregiver(s) and loved ones. Please use the contact form to inquire about available services, or to tell me what support you have in mind in your search for a Death Doula.
As people's needs are individual, so is the death care I provide. I am happy to work with you around your individual needs and available resources to create a package that feels supportive and accessible to you.
