There may be grief around not having a loving and reciprocal romantic relationship, loss of physical health, loss of youth, a feeling that you never had freedom to explore your identity or with other people. If watching HR made you realize where you've been settling AND also made you want to dive into the possibility of Aliveness, this grief tending session is for you.
