Join death and grief tenders Abby Goelzer and Venessa Greenheron to name, metabolize, and move through grief associated with living in the current political moment, in order to move beyond freeze and into meaningful action.

In part one, we will spend time naming our grief, developing an understanding of why and how it is manifesting in us, learn ways to take care of ourselves while grief is present, and discuss resources for identifying what work is possible even while grieving.

In part two, we will discuss tools to navigate the difficult conversations around death that are necessary in times of uncertainty and violent collapse. Participants will leave with resources for talking about and making plans for their own deaths or those of loved ones.
